Why we book in bundles
More about each phase
-
Over the first 4 weeks, we’ll review your health history and key concerns, identify nutrition needs, and establish goals with a functional approach. We’ll start to work on targeted interventions.
All New Clients begin in Phase 1.
-
This phase focuses on lifestyle adjustment. You’ll receive in-depth learning, personalized recommendations, regular check-ins, and redirection when challenges arise. *This phase may be extended based on your progress and needs.
-
At this stage, we are reinforcing new lifestyle changes. Meeting less frequently, you’ll receive continued guidance, check-ins, and we’ll evaluate overall progress. *This phase may be extended based on your progress and needs.
*The number and frequency may differ if/when paying with insurance.

What is Nutrition Therapy?
Nutrition Therapy is a specialized practice of Registered Dietitians; it is a way in which they provide personalized and comprehensive care.
Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a clinical use of Nutrition Therapy to treat and prevent disease such as Heart Disease, Diabetes, Kidney Disease, Cancer, Malnutrition, etc.
Who is Nutrition Therapy appropriate for?
People of all ages* looking for 1:1 nutrition support.
We work with people for a range of health considerations. (See above for some focus areas.)
*Those under the age of 18 will require additional information for scheduling.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are offered in-person, or virtually offering more flexibility, comfort, and availability.
For telehealth appointments, we use a HIPAA-compliant software designed for secure Nutrition Therapy.
What is the process for scheduling?
The first step to working with us is to book a Discovery Call, which is our form of a consultation.
We manage all bookings for Nutrition Therapy on our end.
What about pricing?
Counseling is priced based on the type of appointment in 15-minute units.
We currently accept private pay, HSA/FSA payment, or can provide Superbills for client reimbursement. (Please inquire.)
We also offer payment through installments upon request.
In some cases, a referral may be required.
Add-on services and programs are priced differently than Nutrition Therapy.
Prices for any of our services are subject to change.
How often do we meet?
We like to meet with New Clients once a week for 4 weeks.
The follow-ups or “Maintenance Sessions” will be determined by your nutrition needs, personal goals, availability, and budget/insurance benefits.
We offer sessions in bundles that include types of appointments over a number of weeks, or months, to maintain accountability and keep clients on track.
